Peel Family Mediation Services

Peel Family Mediation Services is a charitable corporation (a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization), which provides mediation in family law cases and family law related education services, to the public in the Regional Municipality of Peel (which encompasses Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga in the Province of Ontario, Canada).

Research shows that when families reduce conflict and the parents reach an agreement suitable for both, the outcome is more beneficial for their children.

We assist families to resolve family law disputes and to minimize the effects of conflict arising from these disputes.

We offer two services to the public:

We collaborate in the presentation of a Parent Education Workshop,
"How Separation Affects Children - And What Parents Can Do"
which is a service of Family Services of Peel.

We are are also committed:

reaching out to the many communities of Peel,
building a greater understanding of family law mediation and public education (in collaboration with the School of Social Work, York University), and
training new family law mediators.
