Zulema de Souza has extensive experience in working with children, parents and families. In her private practice, she conducts family mediation and also counsels couples, individuals and families. In addition, she runs small adult groups seeking training in anger management. She counsels individuals experiencing road rage and other outbursts of anger.

Having completed Conflict Resolution Training with the Community Board in California, she has trained teachers and students as conflict managers.

Zulema has also mediated and advocated on behalf of people who have been marginalized as a result of racism and discrimination. She has extensive experience in working with employee/employer relations. She has been awarded the Ontario Ten Year Volunteer Award for her participation with diverse community groups. She is also a member of the Board of the Multicultural History Society of Ontario.
