This workshop is intended to assist parents in reducing stress to children resulting from their parents separation. It is designed to help you:

• understand what your child experiences during separation
• identify your child's needs that result from the separation
• learn how to communicate more effectively and helpfully with your child
• find ways to keep your child out of conflicts between his/her parents
• locate resources which can help during separation

Materials and referrals to resources provided.

Participants are encouraged to speak to one another, in a supportive environment.

A light lunch will be served.

There is a modest fee for this workshop.

Certificates of attendance will be provided upon request.

When, Where, How and Who:

Available on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. once every month or so, at locations in Brampton and Mississauga, Ontario.

Registration is required.

Parties to a dispute will not be scheduled to attend the same workshop.
